Rebecca is a Senior Analyst at Merjent, an environmental consulting firm Her job duties include determining what environmental permits are required for energy-sector projects, obtaining the necessary permits, writing Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans, inspecting construction sites for SWPPP compliance, and writing Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures Plans. In addition, she is adjunct faculty in the Department of Bioproducts and Biosystems Engineering, and she is an instructor for the University of Minnesota Erosion and Stormwater Management Certification Program.
