Defining and evaluating watershed organizational effectiveness

Research Topic/Interests:
Determinant factors in watershed organization performance. Kathy's research looked for those characteristics associated with high performing watershed organizations. Her interests are in water policy and effective implementation by local organizations.

This program has funding to supports faculty, citizens, and communities to work jointly on research and outreach issues throughout greater Minnesota.
