Job Description:
David is a Water Plan Coordinator in Cook County, MN. He also built a home that utilizes renewable energy and water recycling technologies that do not require water wells and septic systems and is consulting on this topic, through my company Stark Enterprises, LLC. When not at work, David has guided sea kayaking tours in northern Chile through a partnership he formed.
