Job Description:
Barb works at the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency where she works with watershed groups, cities, and consulting firms on watershed-based plans that identify the causes of impaired lakes, streams, and wetlands and implementation actions needed to improve the water quality. She was previously a Tidal Wetland Plan Coordinator at the Elkhorn Slough National Estuarine Research Reserve, California (which is a partnership between NOAA and CA DFG).
