Kim works at the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency with the Small Business Environmental Assistance Program. The program provides free, nonregulatory, confidential environmental assistance to small businesses. It covers state and federal regulations addressing air quality, water quality, hazardous and solid waste management. Their services include: workshops, on-site visits, in-office visits, and the development of many assistance tools (compliance calendars, air emission calculators, quarterly newsletter the Enterprise, self audit packets, The Environmental Guide for Small Businesses in Minnesota).
